Spider Shores Resort Reservations Policy

Availability: Since our availability information changes so rapidly, we do not provide that information on this site. Instead, please call us at 218-326-2031 to check availability and to reserve your cabin or fill out our Cabin Availability Form and we'll get back to you as quickly as possible.

Deposits: Once we have confirmed your reservation by phone, we ask that you send in the reservation form along with a $200 deposit per cabin for the first week and an additional $200 deposit per cabin for each additional week's stay. Your deposit may be paid by VISA, MasterCard, personal check or money order. The form must be filled out completely, signed and mailed to us at:

We will hold a cabin for seven days from the date of our telephone conversation to allow time for your reservation form and monies to reach us. If the deposit is not received within that time, your reservation will automatically be cancelled. The names of all persons staying in the cabin must be listed on the reservation form.

Cancellations: We understand that from time to time guests must cancel their vacation for various reasons. Our policy is to refund your deposit, minus a $25 cancellation fee, if more than a 60 day notice is given. If less than 60 days notice is given your deposit will not be refunded.

You are responsible for the entire length of your reservation. No credit will be given for late arrivals or early departures. Please email us with any questions at reservations@spidershoresresort.com.

Arrivals & Departures:

Check-In Time - 2 p.m.{early arrivals will be charged a $50.00 fee} Check-Out Time - 8 a.m.

PLEASE RESPECT THESE TIMES so that we can properly clean your cabin and maintain the grounds.

Pet Policy - A pet fee fee of $12 per night or $75 per week per pet will be charged. You are financially responsible for any damages caused by your pet. Pets must be controlled at all times and cleaned up after daily.

Extra Persons: Rates include the number of people as stated for each cabin. An extra person charge of $40 per week will be applied for each person exceeding that number. Children age 6 and under are free.

Other Information:

All cabins are equipped with charcoal grills.
All cabins have microwaves, coffeemakers and all appliances and housewares.
All bed linens are provided, extras are available.
Please request linens for hide-a-beds when making reservations.
6 1/2% Sales Tax will be applied to all rentals.
